Tailored Accessibility Features
1. Dual-Handed Support (Double Pole System)
How it helps: This setup mimics the secure, dual-hand support you find when boarding a bus. Because there is a pole on either side, the client has sturdy support whether they are left- or right-handed, ensuring maximum stability.
2. Occupational Therapist Input & Custom Grab Rails
Following close consultations with the client's Occupational Therapist, it was decided that a fixed wall shower seat was not required. We installed two additional wall-mounted grab rails to support the client in difference areas:
Rail 1: Positioned at the end of the shower, neatly below the window.
Rail 2: Fitted next to the toilet to help the client safely lower and lift themselves
The Warwickshire Mobility Bathrooms Promise: We design and install mobility bathrooms that preserve your independence and keep you safe, while maintaining the luxurious, high-end feel of a premium bathroom.
3. Comfort Height Toilet
Premium Tiling vs. Shower Panels
A Quick Note on Maintenance: Some companies claim shower panels are entirely maintenance-free compared to tiles, but the truth is that both surfaces can suffer from soap scum and mold if not cared for. To keep any mobility shower pristine, we always recommend squeegeeing the water off the walls and tray into the drain after use to keep the area dry.

Adapt your bathroom in Kenilworth
By replacing a traditional bath with a sleek, low-level shower and installing premium safety features—such as an Opulence support pole and a heavy-duty shower riser rail—we transform bathrooms into spaces that are both exceptionally safe and effortlessly easy to use.
We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. For this project, we collaborated closely with an Occupational Therapist (OT) to tailor the space to the client's exact needs. Their expert assessment concluded that a fixed shower seat wasn't the right fit, but a comfort-height toilet would make a world of difference. Combined with strategically placed grab bars and a stylish slip-resistant floor, this mobility bathroom delivers maximum functionality without compromising on high-end style.
